Preparing for the Festival
Code of Conduct: To ensure that all our guests have an excellent festival experience we expect everyone to follow the code of conduct below:

Animals must be kept at a campsite or on a leash at all times & be cleaned up after. No animals are allowed in the stage/entertainment area unless they are a service animal wearing an identification vest. Owners are financially liable for any personal injury or property damage caused by their animal. Campfires and charcoal barbecues are prohibited.

Chairs are not to be left unattended in the stage/entertainment area for extended periods of time. Chairs must be removed from the stage/entertainment area (including under the main tent) at the end of the final performance each evening and can be returned the following morning after 6:00 a.m. Chairs left behind will be collected. This also applies the few days before the festival begins.

Children aged 14 and younger enter the festival for free, but must be accompanied by an adult.

Dancing is prohibited except in the designated area (no drinks allowed on the dance floor).

Deposit all litter in waste containers.

Extension cords across walkways or roadways are prohibited.

Glass containers are prohibited in the stage/entertainment area.

Golf cars, four-wheelers, and other ATVs can be used to travel to and from the stage/entertainment area but must be parked in designated parking areas and must have proper lighting if used after dark. There is a specific disability parking area.

High-back chairs and umbrellas are prohibited in the stage/entertainment area if they will block the view of others and chairs with side trays are prohibited unless the trays remain folded down.

Keep vehicle speed under 10 kph.

Music must be kept at a moderate volume in camping areas and loud parties (including the use of amplifiers) after 1:00 a.m. are prohibited.

Running generators between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. is prohibited except for emergencies or medical reasons (if you require this, you are required to notify the park when booking your camp site so that you can be positioned in a location that will not disturb the festival. Between 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m., generators must be run at a minimum (no more than 2 hours during this timeframe and not at all when entertainers are performing on stage, if you are camping near the stage/entertainment area).

Smoking and vaping is prohibited in the stage/entertainment area.

Sitting on the speaker towers to the left and right of the stage is prohibited.

Visitors to the camping park must purchase a day pass which expires at 12:00 a.m.

Wristbands must be worn at all times; broken or stretched wristbands will not be honoured.

Fox Mountain Camping Park is not responsible for personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to your personal property. Fox Mountain Camping Park reserves the right to refuse admittance or to evict, without issuing a refund, anyone who creates a disturbance or breaks the code of conduct above.
